Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. The deal

These are the terms for using the Peppr website (peppr.io) and the Peppr product. By using either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

The agreement is between you and Peppr Limited, a New Zealand company. We'll call ourselves “Peppr” or “we” from here on.

2. What Peppr is

Peppr helps teams work better by adapting meetings, messages, and workflows to how people think. That means:

  • This website, where you can read about Peppr, subscribe to the newsletter, and ask for a pilot.
  • Connections to the tools your team already uses (Slack, Microsoft Teams, and calendars) so Peppr can see how work flows and make useful suggestions.
  • A few questions each person answers about how they work best. No diagnosis, no disclosure.
  • Workshops, run by our team, inside your organisation.

3. Who can use it

You need to be 18 or over. If you're signing up on behalf of an organisation, you need the authority to agree to these terms for it.

4. Connecting your tools

To use the product, your organisation connects Peppr to its workplace tools. Keep the credentials for those connections safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone has got in who shouldn't have.

5. Pilots

Booking a pilot through the website is a request, not a contract. If we go ahead, the details (how long, what's included, what it costs) go in a separate written agreement. Pilots depend on our availability and on whether we think it's a good fit, and we can say no.

6. What you agree not to do

  • Use Peppr to work out, screen for, or diagnose whether anyone is neurodivergent or has any condition.
  • Use anything Peppr tells you to discriminate against someone or make a decision that harms their job.
  • Share a person's preferences with others without that person's clear permission.
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or try to extract the code behind Peppr.
  • Break the law while using it.

7. Your data

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: your organisation's data is your organisation's, we only use it to run the service, and the only messages we read are the ones you send to Peppr.

8. Our stuff

The website, the product, and everything in them (words, design, code, animations, logos) belong to Peppr Limited. You can use the service. You can't copy, resell, or build on our material without asking us in writing first.

9. Getting things right

We work hard to keep the website accurate, but we can't promise everything is complete or current. Statistics on the site come from published research. Ask us and we'll point you to the sources. They describe what studies found in general, not what will happen in your organisation.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Peppr running all the time, but we can't guarantee it. We may pause it for maintenance or because of something outside our control. Where we can, we'll warn you first.

11. If something goes wrong

As far as New Zealand law allows, Peppr isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the website or product, relying on information from it, unauthorised access to your data, or the actions of third parties. Nothing here removes rights you have under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

12. If you cause a problem

If your use of Peppr, or your breaking of these terms, leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the costs that result, including reasonable legal fees.

13. Ending access

We can suspend or end your access to Peppr if we need to. If that happens, you stop using the service. The parts of these terms that make sense to keep, like ownership and liability, keep applying.

14. Links to other sites

We link to other websites sometimes. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they do. A link isn't an endorsement.

15. Which law applies

New Zealand law. Any dispute goes to the New Zealand courts.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version goes on this page with a new date, and using Peppr after that means you accept it. If a change affects your rights in a real way, we'll do our best to tell you first.

17. If part of this doesn't hold

If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.
